Leading innovation consultancy Emergn needed a new website to accommodate acquired companies’ and sub-brands’ legacy content and features, and reflect their revised corporate identity. Our challenge was a design to suit and support multiple offices, cultures and language, and content localisation.

Understanding Emergn – Inside Out

Discovery workshops with Emergn identified key personas, customer journeys and intentions, business objectives and KPIs. Competitor and content analysis cemented vital insight and detail.

With our discovery phase completed, we created, tested and refined wireframes for key content areas and primary navigation mechanisms.

Taking a component-based approach, we created a design system and extendable website design. Emergn are able to develop reusable display elements, layouts and pages for their content. Integration with WordPress, Hubspot and Lever gives their marketing and content teams the control and reporting required to run successful campaigns and deliver content to multiple regions.

Continuing to monitor the website, with Hotjar and Google Analytics, we identify areas for improvement, as well as insight for the design of new components and features.
