SUPPORTING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACROSS EMEA BRANDS
We’ve been working with McCormick since early 2019, when we were asked to provide UX, design and strategic expertise to the EMEA brand teams working on Schwartz, Ducros, Kamis and Vahiné. Working closely with these teams and the central EMEA digital team we have been busy interviewing users, developing prototype designs, supporting the development of content strategies and facilitating process improvement during a time of rapid digital transformation for the group.

As part of an international team, focused on building a stronger digital presence across multiple brands and channels, we have added real value through our heritage and experience across UX, web design and digital campaign production. In 12 months we have delivered 5 campaign sites, developed a digital toolkit for the effective delivery of content projects, designed and implemented AMP versions of key site pages and developed a number of campaign assets in support of NPD (new product development). These activities have resulted in a deeper understanding of the various brand values, audiences and buying behaviours across the McCormick EMEA product portfolio. We have also been able to develop great relationships with brand and content managers, as well as media, SEO and content partners.

We are excited to be helping to develop a master brand strategy, and to be working on the design and roll-out of a number of key user experience improvements across the owned brand platforms.
We continue to provide process support, with regular brand team meetings, coordination of content calendars, and development of templates and features to support new campaign and product initiatives.
