Bristol’s Paintworks is a vibrant creative centre with a unique culture. We’ll keep you busy, but we have a non-clock-watching policy; if you’re in a bit late or need to leave a bit early, we don’t mind – you’ll be responsible for what you need to get done. We rarely work late. We figure that, if we’re doing our jobs properly, we should be able to leave at a sociable hour. Spicerack completely values and respects everyone’s right to a life outside work.
We’re a small but growing team, working for prestigious brands. As a result, a real opportunity exists for varied career development for the passionate and determined.
You’ll get an extra day’s holiday for each year you’re part of our team. We have a summer company day-out, a Christmas bash, and most weeks we’ll find an excuse for a beer / wine / lime & soda or 3. We have a healthy budget for personal development and training.
