SYMPROVE – CRO, UX & DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS
Symprove is a leading probiotic food supplement with a fantastic advocacy base. It is scientifically proven to work for sufferers of IBS and Parkinson’s.
Since April, we’ve been working with Symprove to increase conversion rates and improve the user experience on their Shopify store. As part of our joined-up approach, we have also re-designed Symprove’s digital display and social advertising campaigns.
CRO & UX
We’ve conducted a quick wins UX review and fix project and created a number of audience specific landing pages to simplify the buying journey and increase conversion rates by 20%.
Over the coming months, we are conducting a UX research and site design project that will include developing a members program and other features to deliver an enhanced customer experience alongside ongoing CRO.
RETARGETED DISPLAY & SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS
We have worked with Symprove and their media agency to develop social media and display banner campaigns. We have produced a mixture of creatives that range from very specific and focused messaging to broader offer and review based communications. These are targeted and retargeted to users in a funnel based approach.
Creative adaptations are the heart of what we do. Ensuring that messaging can be changed helps to keep a campaign fresh. In a recent project, we allowed for six different messaging strands within the same banner. Retargeting gave us more opportunities to display a message that resonated with that viewer and reduced creative fatigue.
