Site optimisation
Spicerack were engaged by Symprove as their creative and technology partner in February 2021. Since then, we have been busy updating the Shopify store, optimising conversion and integrating Klaviyo CRM flows.




UX Design
Significant design updates implemented to the original Symprove website were driven by a UX audit and updated branding. The new site design supports tactical campaign landing pages, and includes improved product selection and checkout journeys.

CRO & CRM
Combining traditional UX research techniques with an always-on approach to A/B testing, we work with the Symprove team to identify the best combination of messaging, product selection and customer journey to increase conversion rates and LTV of customers.
We have created email templates and Klaviyo Flows for key trigger points in the user journey, engaging customers with the brand and providing supporting content during their onboarding experience.


Spicerack helped establish a strong digital presence for Symprove. I joined Symprove late to the party, but in the first 6 months of working together the team brought me up to speed on the intricacies of our Shopify setup and how we should set ourselves up for success. The whole team executed on a variety of key strategic projects, ensuring that everything was delivered on time and to a standard that surpassed expectations.
